Mary and her sister Theresa Nguyen offer fresh Vietnamese food at Saigon Sisters in the Chicago French Market. Saigon Sisters was inspired by a family business run by their grandmother and mother in a market in Vietnam. The menu includes traditional Vietnamese spring rolls, soup, salads and their famous Banh Mi sandwiches. Watch out for the Saigon Sisters Restaurant, opening late this September in the West Loop !
